Hi, I’m Brian.

I founded Winsight Masterminds in 2022 to help small-business owners succeed at work and at home.

I’ve led over 3,000 masterminds as a Business & Leadership coach with Dave Ramsey’s EntreLeadership team and have worked with thousands of business owners—from lawyers and dentists to movers and accountants. Along the way I’ve seen it all: employee issues, rapid growth, embezzlement, and even the personal toll business can take on marriages and families.

In 2016 I was leading a mastermind when a young entrepreneur asked, “I’m working 80+ hours a week and I’ve got a young family at home…how do I do more with my time and get through this?”

The group offered tools and tips, but my eyes went to the older gentleman on the call that hadn’t spoken. When I called on him he said:

“I built a $10M business, traveled the world, and have experienced things I never could have dreamed of…but 6 months ago I realized I had a 16-year-old that I don’t know. I’ve worked for my family, but have missed them completely…and now I don’t think there’s time left to fix it.”

The room went silent.

That moment hit me hard—we were talking about the right thing.

That’s why I started Winsight.
